We've stayed there for 3 nights, everything was perfect, don't miss it. Extremely friendly and caring staff did everything they could. Its location was comfortable, 2 km from a fortified hilltop castle.

I had a comfortable stay at A11 Apartments & Spa Dermique. The apartment complex is modern and well-decorated, making it a good choice in Krakow. The location is also convenient, close to the Kazimierz district. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of room for my family. We especially enjoyed the sauna in the apartment and the spa area with a swimming pool. The staff at the apartment were friendly and helpful, making our trip to Krakow very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Krakow.

Stayed 1 night and did not want to leave. Very helpful staff with helpful manager, fab location and private parking was very close. The pool was nice. I liked the host who runs the place.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. it is conveniently located near a dentist's clinic for any dental needs. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with modern amenities such as a brand-new washing machine and dishwasher. the fitness center and pool with spa facilities are an added bonus to relax and unwind.

Some previous guests have mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as finding socks left behind in the room and mold in the bathroom.

There were an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and satellite TV, a walk-in shower. It was located in a good area close to the centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the host.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a clean and spacious apartment that even had its own sauna. The location was convenient, with a short 15-minute walk to the old town and various restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a wonderful stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The apartment we stayed in was very modern and newly refurbished, with a spacious layout that comfortably accommodated our group. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to prepare our own meals. The location was also great, with a beautiful riverside walk nearby and within walking distance of the main attractions.

There were some issues during our stay. On the third day, there was a problem with the hot water which was quickly resolved.
